April Sullivan, B.S., RBT, is a skilled Registered Behavior Technician and behavior analyst trainee with a strong background in special education and applied behavior analysis. After earning her bachelor's degree from the University of Oklahoma in 2020, April spent four years as a special education teacher, focusing on early intervention for children on the Autism spectrum. Her work in the classroom sparked her passion for creating supportive, individualized care for children and their families.
Currently, April is pursuing a Master’s degree in Special Education and ABA at the University of Oklahoma, which she expects to complete in May 2025. Alongside her studies, she provides ABA therapy to children and families, building meaningful connections and fostering positive outcomes. She is also completing her BCBA fieldwork experience under the supervision of Dr. Heather Eisel, gaining specialized hands-on experience in implementing evidence-based practices.
April is deeply committed to delivering ABA services with joy, compassion, and respect. Her dedication to creating lasting change in the lives of her clients reflects her belief in the transformative power of behavior analysis when applied thoughtfully and empathetically.
