Heather Eisel, PhD, BCBA-D, LBA, is a doctoral-level Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 27 years of experience serving individuals with disabilities. Her career has encompassed roles in group homes, day programs, and as a certified special education teacher for adolescents with emotional and behavioral challenges.

In 2022, Dr. Eisel earned her PhD from the University of Oklahoma, solidifying her commitment to creating safe, nurturing spaces that foster transformative behavioral changes. She specializes in evidence-based practices such as Practical Functional Assessment (PFA), Skill-Based Treatment (SBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and precision teaching. These approaches focus on both public and private behavior using advanced tools like the Standard Celeration Chart (SCC).
